Send Money to other countries

To send money to other countries, follow the steps below:

•  Dial *126#
•  Select 1 “Money transfer”
• Select “Other International Numbers”
• Enter the recipient’s number preceded by the country code (example for Congo: 242xxxxxxxx)
• Enter recipient names in the same order as its ID Card
• Enter the transfer amount
• Confirm transaction details by dialing 1;
• Approve the transaction by entering your PIN
• If the flash message is not received, approve the transaction by dialing *126#,
• When the transaction is done, you receive 2 SMS: 1 SMS notification that confirms the transaction and 1 with the transaction details that you can share with the recipient.
